Class Descriptions

Beginning WCS
This series introduces you to the basic patterns and essential techniques of West Coast Swing. At the end of the series, you will have the tools and skills you need to succeed on the social dance floor and, hopefully, the desire to learn more about this exciting and creative dance!

Beyond Beginning West Coast Swing (This will be available soon)
Material includes musicality, spins and turns, syncopations, styling and other essential additions to your dance technique.

*You may take both Beyond Beginning and Intermediate class at the same time.

Intermediate and Beyond West Coast Swing

Complex patterns with spins and turns, syncopations, men/ladies styling and other essential additions to your dance technique. Learn footwork variations that will help you be even more creative with your dance! Class materials change with each series, making it possible to repeat the intermediate level and learn new skills and patterns each time.

West Coast Swing Practice (This is now available)
You will get social dance with dancers from various levels. Also, you will get to dance to very many different variety of songs. In addition, Jimmy and his TAs will provide some coaching as well!
